Facility Rental Information

 We are blessed to have beautiful facilities equiped for both large and small gatherings and celebrations.  A list of the rooms available and the number of people they can accomodate follow:

• Steinbauer Community Room (includes warming kitchen) - can hold up 150 people theater syle or 98 people seating dinner style
• McAlear Center (parish activity center with raise stage area) - can hold up to 400 people dinner style (round tables) or 500 people dinner style (long tables) and 650 people theater style. 
• School Cafeteria - can hold up to 200 people dinner style or 400 people theater style.

 Parishioners who would like to request a room reservation, please send an e-mail message with the following information:

• Your name
• Date and time of event
• Room preference and
• Contact information (address, phone number, etc.)

Please note that you must be a member of All Saints Parish to reserve a room. The Diocese requires a certificate of liability (minimum of $1,000,000) from your homeowners insurance. A member of the Parish Office staff will contact you to follow-up on your request.
